While price has traditionally been the top factor for e-commerce shoppers, convenience is now just as important — especially when it comes to product returns. This year, more consumers are looking for package-free and label-free return options and are favoring retailers that offer multiple drop-off locations.

Retailers, take note: 85 percent of shoppers plan to spend more or about the same as last year, and 66 percent are starting their holiday shopping earlier to avoid crowds, price hikes, and shipping delays. Are you ready for the surge?
